The European Commission and its funding bodies publish calls for proposals on the Funding & Tenders Portal.

 

• Create an EU Login account

You can register an EU Login account to use submission and reporting functions. Otherwise, you get access only to the public services of the site (eg. searching funding opportunities, reading guidance, etc.)

 

• Find a call

Calls are divided into topics, implemented by different types of actions. You may start your search from the home page by entering different keywords that characterize best your field of interest, and then refine the results with the help of further filters. Select a topic to read more about the identified opportunity and topic-related documents. This page allows you to search in the text of the call and topic titles, call and topic identifiers, topic description and keywords and tags. You can also filter using the quick search per topics related to specific EU priorities.

 

• Find a partner

You can search a partners for your project ideas:

• using the Partner Search function of the Portal by call/topic
• participate in conferences, and brokerage events organized by the EU or networks in the Member States (National Contact Points or Desks, Enterprise Europe Network, etc.) and published on the portal

 

• Work as an expert

You can also register as an expert:

• evaluating proposals, prize applications, and tenders
• monitoring actions, grant agreements, public procurement contracts
• provide opinion and advise on the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of EU programs and design of policies.

In order to select experts, the European Union Institutions publish calls for expression of interest detailing the selection criteria, the required expertise, the description of the tasks, their duration, and the conditions of remuneration.
