The European Commission has launched the new version of the site “Intellectual Property Support for Small Businesses”. The new platform is designed to make intellectual property management clear and concrete, offering practical tools, expert support and funding in a single central hub.
Aimed at all businesses, both those taking their first steps in trademark registration and those looking to strengthen more advanced IP strategies, the platform is available in 23 EU languages and offers free, personalized services.
Key features include pro bono advice from IP experts, EU funding to support IPR registration, online assessment tools such as IP Scan, practical step-by-step guides, training materials, and updates on dedicated workshops and events.
With this initiative, the EU aims to help European SMEs access centralised, reliable, and relevant information to support their business journey and promote the importance of intellectual property rights (IPRs).
