Horizon Europe Cluster 4: Dedicated Matchmaking Platform Launched for Digital 2027 Calls

Researchers, innovative companies, and academic institutions seeking international partners for European digital research projects can now access the newly launched Horizon Europe Cluster 4 Digital Matchmaking Platform. Promoted by the European Commission, the dedicated online tool aims to facilitate cross-border networking and streamline consortium building for upcoming calls under the Cluster 4 “Digital, Industry and Space” work program.

The matchmaking environment allows participants to showcase their institutional expertise, present collaboration opportunities, and arrange virtual 1:1 meetings with prospective international partners. The initiative specifically targets consortia preparing applications for the upcoming HORIZON-CL4-2027-04 and HORIZON-CL4-2027-05 calls, which encompass key strategic domains such as Data, Digital Emerging Technologies, and Human-Centred Technologies. Additionally, the platform supports matchmaking for the HORIZON-RAISE-2027-01 call.

All call topics covered within the portal reflect the updated Cluster 4 Work Programme released by the European Commission on 29 September 2026. To optimize matchmaking opportunities and make organization profiles easily discoverable by potential project leaders, applicants are encouraged to clearly specify their scientific topics of interest during the registration process.

Access to the platform and profile registration will remain open until 2 September 2027. Interested research groups can register directly via the B2Match Digital Matchmaking Account Registration
