On 16 February 2026, from 9:00 to 17:00, the University of Milan will host the final event of OnFoods Spoke 4, dedicated to Food Quality and Nutrition Research for Sustainable Diets. OnFoods is an extended partnership funded by the PNRR (Research and Innovation Network on Food and Nutrition Sustainability, Safety and Security).

The event will take place at the Department of Food, Environmental and Nutritional Sciences (Dipartimento di Scienze per gli Alimenti, la Nutrizione e l’Ambiente) and will be held in Italian.

The meeting will showcase the main research results achieved by Spoke 4 activities. In addition to the presentation of the scientific outcomes, the program includes a dedicated intervention by the National Agrifood Cluster concerning the recently established ReRITT network, which brings together the Agritech National Centre, the MIRRI-IT and METROFOOD-IT Research Infrastructures, and the Italian PRIMA Secretariat.
