“Digital4Human. L’innovazione che include” contest

DEADLINE: 10 September 2026

Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS has launched “Digital4Human: Innovation that Includes”, a national contest organized within the framework of Job Digital Lab in collaboration with ING Italia, Ausilioteca Roma, and the “Leonarda Vaccari” Institute. The initiative seeks to identify, promote, and reward technological solutions designed to break down barriers and significantly enhance accessibility, personal autonomy, and overall quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

The call invites proposals featuring cutting-edge applications such as artificial intelligence, robotics, augmented reality, and dedicated digital platforms. The contest is open to a wide range of applicants, including independent innovators, university research groups, spin-offs, tech startups, non-profit entities, ETS, research laboratories, and academic institutions. To ensure youth leadership, participating teams must include at least one member under 35 in a key role. Additionally, submitted projects must have passed the pure ideation stage and be at a prototype or experimental phase.

The winning project will receive a cash prize of €3,000 to further support its development. In addition, the top five finalist teams will gain high-level visibility by presenting their proposals live during the official pitch and award ceremony in December 2026 before an expert jury and representatives from ING Italia.

Participation in the contest is completely free.
