Invitation to MSCA Staff Exchanges hybrid Information Session 5 June 2025.

Information Session will be the occasion to know more about this innovative programme, which offers unique opportunities for public/private organisations and their staff in terms of R&I, transferable skills and competences, as well as intersectoral/international exposure.

You will have the opportunity to hear directly from beneficiaries ready to share their experience and gain the insights and confidence you need to submit a winning proposal for MSCA Staff Exchanges. During the event you will receive key insights on how to apply, consortium composition and funding availability. The Information Session will be in English. Participation is free.

The call of the Horizon Europe MSCA Staff Exchanges action is open for new proposal applications until 8 October 2025. 

The Staff Exchanges action funds short-term international and inter-sectoral exchanges of staff members involved in research and innovation activities of participating organisations.

The aim is to develop sustainable collaborative projects between different organisations from the academic and non-academic sectors, based in Europe and beyond.

Exchanged staff benefit from new knowledge, skills and career development perspectives, while participating organisations increase their research and innovation capacities.

Staff Exchanges are open to international consortia of universities, research institutions, businesses, SMEs and other non-academic organisations.
