The Horizon Europe Secretariat (ISED/ISDE) is organizing an online international matchmaking event on 12 May 2026, from 8:00 to 9:30. This initiative is dedicated to Cluster 2 “Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society” in preparation for the 2027 calls for proposals.

The event aims to facilitate transnational collaboration on crucial themes such as social and economic transformation, democracy, and the safeguarding of cultural heritage. It represents a key networking opportunity to connect researchers and innovators from Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, New Zealand, and Italy, fostering the creation of consortia for future research projects.

This virtual matchmaking event will begin with an overview of the research and innovation ecosystems of the participating countries and the calls for collaboration. Then, participants will be invited to join virtual breakout rooms where selected participants will be invited to provide a 3-minute pitch of their work and projects.
