Description

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) project BRIGHT-NIGHT project will elevate the attraction of Tuscany beyond its rich cultural history and scenic attractions. For European Researchers’ Night 2022-2023, the seven-member consortium will bring the region’s researchers and public together in a host of events. BRIGHT-NIGHT will showcase research projects on sustainability and societal challenges and increase awareness of how research and scientific outcomes improve everyday life. Cities will host science hubs offering shows, experiments, games and exhibitions, all with an emphasis on Horizon Europe missions. The project will call on primary and secondary school students to contribute with their own scientific presentations, supported by academic researchers. The ultimate objective is to establish a connection between researchers, schoolgoers and the general public.
