Also this year the University of Siena participated with the staff of the Liaison Office – Research and Technology Transfer Division – in the “Borsa della Ricerca” Forum, which was held from 1 to 3 October.
The Forum is an important opportunity to meet the research and development managers of numerous companies to discuss the possibilities of new collaborations and partnerships deriving from the University’s wealth of skills, research projects, technologies and patents.
Furthermore, the research group of Professor Stefano Melacci, from the Department of Information Engineering and Mathematical Sciences, and the University of Siena’s spin-off of “Hesperis” (prof. Claudia Angiolini), which provides environmental consultancy services specializing in botany and ecology, also participated with their own program of meetings and a presentation pitch to find new collaborations.
