The Journal of Research Management and Administration (JoRMA) has announced the launch of the second round of its Author Mentorship Programme, offering a unique opportunity for aspiring writers in the field of research management.

The programme is specifically designed to pair budding writers with experienced, published authors who will act as dedicated mentors. This initiative aims to assist new authors in successfully developing an article suitable for publication in JoRMA.

Participants selected for the mentorship will receive tailored assistance for a period of up to six months. Mentees gain access to a mentor with demonstrable expertise, who will provide insights, answer questions, and offer tailored advice throughout the writing and publishing process.
