Stories of female agrifood entrepreneurs for the ‘Aperitivi con le imprese’ series
The experiences and success stories of four female entrepreneurs in the agrifood sector were the focus of the June 20th meeting at Siena University’s Santa Chiara Lab as part of the ‘Aperitivi con le imprese” series of events.
The event, organized by the University’s Liaison Office in collaboration with CNA Siena, was well attended by students, who were able to meet and exchange views with Federica Bordoni and Barbara Borsa from Podere Pereto, Giolisca Brogi from Forno di Ravacciano and Valentina Sorrentino from Crème Gelateria Dolceria. Professor Gabriella Tamasi served as moderator.
The Aperitivi con le imprese events, which will continue in the autumn, are designed to bring University students into contact with local companies with the aim of stimulating and guiding young people in the conception and start-up of entrepreneurial activities. These are informal meetings: after the presentations, participants have an opportunity to exchange views and ask questions during an aperitif.
