The High Level Conference MSCA 2023 organised in the framework of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

The Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union organises a High-Level Conference to reflect on the role of MSCA as a programme with a global dimension that impacts at local, regional and national level, facilitating
the definition of policies and initiatives aimed at facing global challenges. The event will bring together more than 150 people, attracting the most relevant stakeholders and policymakers to reflect on “MSCA Diverse Research
Careers to tackle Global Challenges”, offering enough space for interactive debates on the MSCA main features with the aim of contributing to the upcoming 2025-2027 Work Programme.
